Loren is a director and editor for live-action and animation, based in New York City, repped by Psyop.
His experience in filmmaking evolved over 20+ years through editing and 2D animation in the advertising industry. That path gave him a unique perspective on visual storytelling, timing, and the technical craft of bringing ideas to life across every medium.
Two Hats
Working as both a director and editor gives Loren a rare dual-perspective. The editing informs his directing. Understanding how a story comes together in post shapes every decision on set.
And directing makes him a sharper editor. Knowing what was intended behind each shot unlocks more creative possibilities in the cut.

Collaboration
Growing up between the US and the UK, Loren has always had an open mind to new ideas and cultures. He thrives in collaborative environments, building strong relationships with agencies and clients, and guiding them through intricate production processes with clarity and professionalism.

Outside of work, he loves spending time with his pet whippet, Odie.
