”BLOOM”

By far the most diverse shoot I have been a part of, this anthem spot journeys through seven different time periods of human history. Each vignette required its own set build, green screen, and visual effects, except for the stone age, which was shot practically outdoors in the mountains above Mexico City. To tell all these stories and deliver a single cohesive message in such a short time required a thorough previz and detailed plan for each shot, down to the frame. Edit was done on set between takes, to ensure they were timed correctly and choreographed to the plan, or each subsequent shot was affected. Combining all these sets with a huge cast and lots of comedy felt like stuffing an entire Saturday Night Live show into 60 seconds.

Role: Editor

A second spot for the campaign we shot in what can only be described as a former cartel house in Mexico City. Never a boring moment during production.
